Privacy & Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026. Your privacy and anonymity matter to us — here is exactly how we handle your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, form answers, documents you build), information collected automatically (IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies), and payment confirmation data from our payment processors. We do not collect or store credit card numbers — payments are handled entirely by our payment processors.
2. How We Use It
To deliver the products and services you request (including generating your self-help documents), to maintain your account and saved progress, to respond to inquiries, to improve the Site, to send updates you opt into, and to comply with legal obligations. Information you enter into self-help questionnaires is used to prepare your documents and to provide related services across the JJTP family of companies (JJTP Group LLC, JJTP Law PLLC, and the Tyson Twins Foundation), which share supporting infrastructure.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies (required for the Site to function), and — with your consent — analytics and functionality cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, and manage cookies in your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the Site.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, research providers, scheduling and communications tools), the JJTP family of companies as described above, professional advisors, and authorities where required by law. Providers are bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@jjtpgroup.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
6. Retention & Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data — see our Data Protection Policy for details.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
