Our Commitments

• No card storage. We never store credit or debit card numbers. All payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors; we receive only confirmation of payment.
• Encryption. The Site is served over HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data at rest is protected by our hosting provider’s security controls.
• Access control. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it, protected by strong authentication.
• Data minimization. We collect only what we need to deliver your documents and services, and retain it only as long as necessary.
• Your documents. Documents you build are tied to your account so only you (and personnel assisting you at your request) can access them.
• Shared infrastructure. JJTP Group LLC, JJTP Law PLLC and the Tyson Twins Foundation share supporting infrastructure; data is handled under consistent protections across all three, and attorney-client materials held by JJTP Law PLLC receive the additional protections required of a law firm.
• Incident response. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law, including the New York SHIELD Act.
