Legal services are provided exclusively by JJTP Law PLLC. JJTP Law PLLC is a law firm authorized to provide legal services in New York and Pennsylvania. JJTP Group LLC, JENTRY, and any other affiliated brand or platform are not law firms and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
JJTP Law PLLC provides legal services only in matters in which it is authorized and competent to act, including New York and Pennsylvania matters as applicable. Matters requiring advice under another jurisdiction’s law, local counsel, specialized regulatory counsel, tax counsel, litigation counsel, or other specialist counsel may require a separate engagement or referral.
Most people and small businesses live without legal backup for one reason: unpredictable cost. A membership flips that. One flat fee covers a defined amount of attorney time each month for the everyday legal life you actually have — the lease question, the contract you were asked to sign today, the letter that needs to come from somebody official — plus preferred member pricing when something bigger comes up. Choose monthly or annual. Pay annually and receive two months of membership at no additional charge — annual membership is billed in advance and provides twelve months of coverage.
Legal services are provided exclusively by JJTP Law PLLC and are subject to conflicts clearance and a written engagement agreement. Membership is not legal insurance and does not provide unlimited attorney time or unlimited legal services.
Included services are limited to the selected plan’s stated attorney-time allowance, document limits, scope, and exclusions. Litigation, emergencies, court appearances, filings, third-party costs, disputes, and out-of-scope matters require separate approval and may involve additional fees.
Memberships are available only for matters JJTP Law PLLC accepts and is authorized to handle. No attorney-client relationship is formed merely by browsing, completing intake, or submitting payment.
Personal Counsel
For individuals and families seeking routine legal guidance in covered matters.

Scope, fee, attorney-time allocation, response target, and exclusions are defined in a custom written engagement agreement before work begins.
While a membership is active, paid current, and in good standing, eligible additional work outside the included plan scope is generally available at a preferred rate of $325/hour (or a separately quoted member flat fee) — including preferred pricing on à-la-carte services such as estate planning documents and IP searches — plus discounted services from JJTP Law PLLC (New York & Pennsylvania) and referrals to trusted counsel elsewhere.
How Membership Works
- Pick a plan and tell us about yourself or your business in a short onboarding call.
- Use your included attorney time. New question? Send it in or book a slot within your plan’s monthly time allowance. Unused time does not roll over.
- Escalate at a preferred rate. When a matter goes beyond the plan, active members in good standing receive preferred pricing (generally $325/hour) with JJTP Law PLLC, or a warm referral elsewhere.
One-Time Consultation & Additional-Work Rates

Standalone consultation: $325 for up to 45 minutes. This consultation fee is not automatically credited toward a subsequent separately scoped representation unless JJTP Law PLLC agrees otherwise in writing.
JJTP Law PLLC standard hourly rate: $650 per hour, billed in 0.1-hour increments, unless a separate written fee arrangement applies.
Preferred member pricing: While a membership is active, paid current, and in good standing, eligible additional work outside the included plan scope may be available at a preferred rate of $325 per hour, billed in 0.1-hour increments, or at a separately quoted member flat fee.
The preferred member rate is not guaranteed for litigation, arbitration, court appearances, hearings, emergency matters, government investigations, specialist work, third-party expenses, or any matter that JJTP Law PLLC elects to price under a separate engagement agreement or flat-fee quote. JJTP Law PLLC will confirm the applicable scope and fee arrangement before beginning additional work.

Is this insurance?
No. Plans are membership programs of JJTP Group LLC for access to legal services separately provided by JJTP Law PLLC — not insurance, not a law firm retainer, and not a guarantee of outcomes. What’s included is exactly what’s listed, honestly, and nothing more.
Who provides the legal services?
Legal services are provided exclusively by JJTP Law PLLC, a law firm authorized to provide legal services in New York and Pennsylvania. JJTP Group LLC, JENTRY, and any other affiliated brand or platform are not law firms and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. The attorney-client relationship begins only after conflicts clearance, JJTP Law PLLC’s acceptance of the matter, and execution of the applicable engagement terms — it is not formed merely by browsing, completing intake, or submitting payment. Outside New York and Pennsylvania, we connect you with trusted local counsel.
What's the minimum commitment?
Personal Counsel, Startup Counsel, and Small Business Counsel require an initial three-month membership commitment. Fractional General Counsel engagements generally require an initial six-month commitment. During the initial term, JJTP Law PLLC will provide the defined membership services and maintain the agreed availability, subject to the engagement agreement, applicable ethical rules, conflicts requirements, and your compliance with the agreement.
Can I cancel?
After the initial term, a monthly membership renews month-to-month unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ written notice. Annual memberships are paid in advance for twelve months and do not automatically convert to monthly membership unless the parties agree in writing. You may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time, subject to applicable law and any obligation to pay fees and expenses properly earned or incurred for services performed — JJTP Law PLLC will determine and promptly refund any unearned portion of fees as required by applicable law and professional-conduct rules.
What happens if my matter needs more than my plan includes?
Work beyond your plan’s included attorney time, document limits, or stated scope — including litigation, emergencies, court appearances, filings, and third-party costs — is quoted separately. Active members in good standing generally receive a preferred rate of $325/hour (billed in 0.1-hour increments) or a separately quoted flat fee; JJTP Law PLLC will confirm scope and fee before beginning that work.
What about referral fees?
If we refer you to an attorney or firm other than JJTP Law, that referral may involve a referral fee paid to JJTP Group and/or JJTP Law, disclosed in accordance with the New York and Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. You are always free to choose your own counsel.
