For founders and early-stage companies. $5,950/year (2 months free vs. monthly billing), 3-month initial commitment. Billed annually in advance for twelve months of coverage.

Includes: everything in Personal Counsel as applicable to the business; up to 90 minutes of attorney time per month; one routine contract, NDA, or vendor-agreement review (up to 15 pages) per month; entity formation & governance guidance; basic trademark, copyright & trade-secret strategy; priority scheduling with a 1-2 business day response target.

Not included: government/IP filing fees, complex negotiations, litigation, employment disputes, and services beyond included time. No rollover. Full scope in the membership agreement.
