Includes: everything in Startup Counsel as appropriate to the client’s needs; up to 3 attorney hours per month; monthly 30-minute legal-strategy check-in with your designated decision-maker; up to 2 document reviews/markups (up to 20 pages each) per month; dedicated point of contact with a 1 business day response target; preferred member pricing for eligible separately scoped projects.

Not included: litigation, major employment actions, M&A/financings, and services beyond included time. No rollover. Full scope in the membership agreement.
