• Business builder. He co-founded FareHarbor Holdings, a cloud reservations and payments platform, and guided it as general counsel through growth and acquisition. At Pfizer, he helped capture more than $50 million in savings across 300+ global agreements during a $68B merger integration. That operator’s mindset powers our Business Solutions.
• Trusted advisor. He serves as fractional general counsel and chief compliance officer for an SEC-registered investment adviser with over $100M under management, and has advised everyone from startups to Grammy and Academy Award-winning artists. That judgment shapes our Personal and advisory work.
• Licensed professional. He is a licensed New York Real Estate Broker (the license behind our Real Estate services), a New York Notary Public (our Remote Notary service), an FAA-licensed pilot, and an attorney admitted in New York, Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
• Neighbor. Through the Tyson Twins Foundation, a 501(c)(3) founded in honor of his mother, he directs nonprofit and pro bono initiatives for those who cannot afford help.
