Store Policies
These Store Policies apply to all purchases made through JJTP Group LLC’s online store, including self-help legal document templates, IP search and monitoring reports, and any add-on services (such as notarization) purchased through jjtp.cloud or jjtpgroup.com. These policies work together with our Terms of Service and are not a substitute for legal advice.
Digital Delivery
All self-help legal document templates and search/report products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, your document or report is generated and made available for download in your jjtp.cloud account, and a copy is emailed to the address on file.
Refunds
Because our self-help documents and reports are custom-generated the moment you complete your questionnaire and are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the completed document or report has been generated and made available for download. You are shown a free, watermarked preview of your completed document before you are asked to pay, specifically so you can confirm it is correct before purchasing.
Exceptions: if a document was generated with a technical defect (for example, missing pages, corrupted file, or content that does not match your submitted answers due to a system error), contact us at hello@jjtpgroup.com within 3 days of purchase and we will correct the document or issue a refund at our discretion. Add-on services that have not yet been performed (such as a notary session that has not yet taken place) may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the scheduled appointment.
Amend & Repurchase
If your circumstances change after you’ve purchased a document (for example, you need to update a beneficiary or an address), you can use the Amend & Repurchase feature in your jjtp.cloud account to start a new version pre-filled with your prior answers, at the then-current price for that document.
Document Storage & Retention
We retain the documents you generate for 5 years from the date of purchase so you can log back in and re-download them. After 5 years, and absent a separate signed engagement agreement with JJTP Law PLLC, documents and the underlying answers may be deleted from our systems. We recommend downloading and independently storing a copy of any document you purchase.
Not Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
Self-help document and report purchases are technology products, not legal services. Purchasing and using a self-help document does not create an attorney-client relationship with JJTP Law PLLC or JJTP Group LLC, and no legal advice is provided, unless and until you separately sign a written engagement agreement with JJTP Law PLLC. JJTP Law PLLC is licensed to practice law only in New York and Pennsylvania.
Notary & Appointment-Based Services
Notary sessions and other appointment-based services are scheduled separately after purchase. You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment for any reason before it occurs. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our store (WooCommerce) using industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. JJTP Group LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of JJTP Law PLLC, and billing for purchases made on this Site is processed through JJTP Law PLLC. As a result, your card or bank statement may show a charge from “JJTP Law PLLC” rather than “JJTP Group LLC.”
