Required limited-scope engagement disclosure
By selecting “File My LLC For Me,” I request that JJTP Law provide a limited-scope legal service consisting solely of submitting to the New York Department of State the Articles of Organization that I have reviewed and approved, and transmitting to me any filing receipt or rejection notice received from the Department of State.

I understand and agree that JJTP Law’s representation is limited to this filing service. Unless separately agreed in writing, JJTP Law will not: advise me regarding the selection, availability, or legal effect of an LLC name; determine whether the LLC structure is appropriate for my circumstances; prepare, review, or negotiate an operating agreement; obtain an EIN; make tax elections; advise on tax, securities, employment, licensing, immigration, regulatory, or other legal issues; publish statutory notices; obtain business licenses or permits; act as registered agent; or provide ongoing representation after the filing has been submitted.

I am responsible for reviewing and approving the Articles of Organization and for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to JJTP Law. I understand that the New York Department of State, not JJTP Law, determines whether to accept or reject the filing, and that JJTP Law does not guarantee acceptance, processing time, LLC-name availability, or any particular legal, tax, or business outcome.

The limited representation ends when JJTP Law transmits the filing receipt or rejection notice to me, unless we enter into a separate written engagement agreement.

Unless separately agreed in writing, this service does not include legal advice regarding entity selection, ownership, management, tax treatment, securities, employment, licensing, trademark clearance, business strategy, operating-agreement customization, ongoing compliance, publication, amendments, disputes, or any other legal issue.

I understand that JJTP Law may decline, suspend, or request additional information before proceeding if the matter is incomplete, ineligible, conflicted, complex, or outside the stated scope.

JJTP Group and JJTP Law do not guarantee government acceptance, processing time, or any particular result. New York’s $200 state filing fee is a mandatory government charge, not a JJTP fee, and is not subject to any discount or coupon.
